In 2011, ZUOERTEQ was established in HK.In 2012, we built our own factory in Dongguan focus on CNC machining and turning.In 2016, we expanded our factory to stamping and sheet metal production.In 2021, we moved to brand new facility with 5000 square meters production areas.With our contract partners, we could also offer die casting, sand casting, extrusion, mould and plastic injection.We are trying to serve our customers as ONE STOP custom fabrication provider from design to production and logistics.We can support small to medium production requirements as well as big volume production in high mix and high complexity. The companies which trusted us:improved time to market,improved material procurement and logistics,saved and reduced overall manufacturing cost,improved the quality of the products and services with us,lower their capital expeditures.Currently we have more than 50 experienced employees in production, engineer, quality control, and office staff. Some of them are with more than 20 years' experience in related area.With them, we could offer professional engineering and manufacturing service to meet various strict demand from our partners.We also have experienced sourcing team to serve our partners for those outsourced projects or partial projects.We are updating our facility continously, right now we have 25 sets of up to date CNC machining center, 10 sets of CNC lathing, 5 set of auto turning machine, 3 surface grinders, 2 slow wire cut machine, etc.Our stamping facility has 8 stamping machines, 2 laser cutting machine, 4 benders, 3 welding machines, ect. The testing instruments are also up to date and some of them are imported from western countries.
